I feel fortunate to have been introduced to mindfulness as a young person and twice-fortunate to have rediscovered its benefits as an adult. I believe we are all constantly rediscovering mindfulness, and am fascinated by the gentle power of reconnecting to the present moment experience, each time. I have formally studied mindfulness meditation for seven years, am a graduate of The Interdependence Project's Meditation Teacher Training Program, and am a Certified Mindful Schools Instructor.
Mindfulness coaching is offered to groups, families, and individuals in-person or via Skype/phone. I believe together we can make healing tools accessible to everyone. Prices are on a sliding scale according to ability to pay. 20% of proceeds go directly towards healing justice projects in Southern Arizona.
